Published by: AK98

With the end of the college football season & all conference championships played, expert analysts have a good idea of who is staying put in college, who is entering the NFL Draft, and where they will be positioned in next month’s draft. Most of you know the household names in college football, but many of you don’t know the 3rd-7th round players who may not only fill out your favorite team’s roster, but will be impact players in the foreseeable future.

And since you asked for a cheat sheet to the 2024 NFL Draft test, I’m here to oblige. Over the next few days, weeks, & months, I will be releasing updated prospect ratings (especially after the combine and player’s Pro Day) for the top 75 players in college football, five players at a time. This way, it’s a steady dose of learning as opposed to cramming information, with no real retention of the material you just read.

As promised, here are the 2024 NFL Draft prospects, as I see them, rated #16-#20:

16. T Taliese Fuaga, Oregon State:

Fuaga is a forceful offensive tackle, excelling in the run game and demonstrating competence in pass protection. His ability to overpower opponents and his proficiency with hand techniques in pass blocking make him a well-rounded prospect.

17. QB Bo Nix, Oregon:

Bo Nix’s transformation since his time at Auburn has been remarkable. He is now seen as a competent dual-threat quarterback with impressive performance under pressure, a notable improvement from his earlier days.

18. EDGE Bralen Trice, Washington:

Bralen Trice of Washington is known for his exceptional speed-to-power conversion, posing a significant challenge to offensive lines. His ongoing development in pass-rush techniques is complemented by a consistently strong effort on the field.

19. T JC Latham, Alabama:

JC Latham, a notably large offensive tackle from Alabama, is surprisingly agile for his size. While he continues to work on his hand placement consistency, his physical attributes make him a promising talent to develop.

20. CB Cooper DeJean, Iowa:

Cooper DeJean at Iowa is a versatile and talented defensive back, capable of playing various positions in the secondary. His size, speed, and exceptional ball skills make him one of the top playmakers in the draft.
