Throughout this week, FAU hosted two consecutive days of high school 7on7 tournaments.
During these tournaments, high school teams from across South Florida traveled to Paradise to compete for program supremacy. As the week concluded, Monarch High and Miami Northwestern claimed the title for their respective days, but stars were shining all over.

After a long (and annoying) recruiting dead period, Florida Atlantic football will host twelve recruits on Official Visits from the class of 2025.
FAU football got better Tuesday afternoon, specifically the defensive side of the ball, as per FAU_Owls_Nest on X, the Owls received commitments from Wilky Denaud, a former 4 star prospect and transfer from Mississippi State & Auburn, Eric Brantley, a
West Boca Raton’s star Defensive Back, Damon Allen (‘25) announces his verbal commitment to Florida Atlantic University.
On Saturday afternoon FAU took the field in organized fashion for the first time this season with the 2024 Spring Game. The Owls debuted their array of depth, as the white team which was made up of majority 2nd and 3rd stringers competed hard, eventually falling to Team Red 25-17 in what ended up being an inter-squad battle.
It was a hard fought battle of the Owls in the season finale. FAU competed to the very end trying to play spoiler, but Rice held on; clinching bowl eligibility and defeating FAU 24-21.
It was tough sledding all day for the Owls offense. The Green Wave of Tulane, currently ranked #17 in the country came into paradise on Saturday and defeated FAU 24-8.
