FAU took the court for the first time since their upset loss at the hands of Bryant. The Owls wasted no time, defeating Butler 91-86 in a game where the offense looked revitalized.
It was pure madness in paradise and not the good kind for Owls fans. The Bryant Bulldogs marched into Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena and defeated the Owls 61-52.
The game was over early as FAU got an alley-oop dunk from Goldin 6 seconds after he won the opening tip-off, and the Owls began the night 8 of 9 from the field on their way to a 20-5 lead just 5 minutes into the game.
