After a long (and annoying) recruiting dead period, Florida Atlantic football will host twelve recruits on Official Visits from the class of 2025.
FAU has worked diligently over the past couple of weeks to assemble a complete roster, and that came to fruition Tuesday, as FSU transfer F Baba Miller withdrew his name from NBA draft consideration and committed to playing this upcoming season in Boca Raton.
The 2025 season should be a very exciting one for the Owls. They’ll look to make a run at an AAC championship and continue to make strides in their second season in the conference. For Coach McCormack, there are a lot of players on this roster to be excited about next season.
After breaking out for 18 hits in their second game of the AAC Baseball Championship, FAU would be matched up with Charlotte, looking to keep their season alive. With help from Jake Millan’s two home runs, the Owls were able to power past Charlotte, despite a late attempt at a comeback. FAU will now face Tulane again, and if they can win two games over the Green Wave, they’ll be playing in the AAC championship.
After suffering a run-rule loss to Tulane in their opening game of the AAC tournament, FAU looked to keep their season alive against UTSA. It would be the fourth time in five games that the two teams would face off. The Owls bats would break out of a huge slump, and would upset the Roadrunners to end their chances of a conference title.
FAU came to Clearwater looking to take a first round win over Tulane to start a possible run to a conference championship. However, the Green Wave dominated the Owls the entire game, defeating them 14-2 by run-rule in seven innings. A disappointing loss for the Owls but they still have a chance to advance further into the tournament with a win over UTSA.

They’ll take on the four seeded Tulane Green Wave, a team that FAU lost a series at home to not too long ago. After a tough final stretch of the regular season for the Owls, they’ll need to turn things around in Clearwater if they want a bid into the NCAA tournament.
FAU Men’s Basketball made their first roster move in 9 days on Sunday morning, as the Owls went back overseas, landing a commit from 7 ‘1 Lithuanian Center Matas Vokietaitis.The 19 year old played for Zalgiris Kaunas in the Lithuanian basketball league, mainly for their second affiliate team, where he averaged 12.5 points 8.6 rebounds and 0.8 Assists across 41 games this past season, while also making 1 appearance for their main team.
