There’s no place like home! There’s no place like home! Yes, you hear that in The Wizard of Oz, but you would hear that from my lips if I chose to livestream, let’s say my Twitch channel, how I put together these articles on days where my home track, Parx Racing, is on the docket.
The featured race today is race 8 at Turf Paradise, the Hank Mills Sr. Stakes, which is a six furlong stakes race going six furlongs on the main track. A full field of 12 horses are entered for this race that will go off as the final race of the day at 5:56 pm Eastern time.
It’s Sunday, so that means we will head out to the west coast to Santa Anita for their seventh race of their Sunday nine-race card. This is the Clocker’s Corner Stakes, which is a six and a half furlong turf race down the hill. Eight horses are entered for this race with an estimated post time of 6:41 pm Eastern time.
Welcome back for the Saturday edition of the QPW, and today we will take a look at the final four races on the Gulfstream Park cards, races 10 to 13, as it is Pegasus World Cup Day. The format may have changed over the last few years, but the best older horses make their way to South Florida.
