The Warriors had made a decision to activate Draymond Green return for the game for the first time since he got suspended indefinitely by the NBA after a month after his misconduct, the action coming after he struck Jusuf Nurkic.  Draymond Green finished the game with seven points, seven assists and four fouls. None of his fouls caused him to get thrown out of the game.

The Golden State Warriors had a great third quarter against the Bulls scoring 48 points in that quarter. Klay Thompson led the team with 17 points in that quarter.

The Warriors trailed by as many of 19 points in the opening quarter this was due to the Pelicans being red hot shooting. The Pelicans shot nine of their 16 three pointers attempted this quarter compared to the Warriors five of 13 three pointers attempts.

The Golden State Warriors allowed the Toronto Raptors to score 76 points in the first half. This is the most points they have given up in a half this season. The Warriors shot five for 25 from behind the arc in the half. The Raptors had a new face on the roster RJ Barrett who went five for six

The Warriors were outscored when it came down to the stretch against the Nuggets 25 to four and it was capped by a Nikola Jokic game winning three pointer making the Warriors lose the game 130 to 127. The Warriors had a lead by 18 points and this is the fourth time they lost with a 18 point lead this season.

The Warriors started the game trailing eleven to two to begin the game but then the Warriors went on a 16 to four run to take a three point lead 18-15 Chris Paul nailed a step back three at one point one second to give the Warriors a two point lead after the first quarter 30-28.
