Three late goals for Bruins in the first period
The Boston Bruins scored three goals in the late first period and it was halfway through the 14 minute mark the first goal for the Bruins was scored by Morgan Geekie who recorded his eleventh goal of the season and was assisted by Trent Frederic who picked up his 19th assist of the season. The time of the goal was 14 minutes and 34 seconds.
The Bruins didn’t stop their scoring another goal after one minute and 30 seconds after the first goal. This goal was scored by Jesper Boqvist who recorded his fourth goal of the season. Jakub Lauko picked up his sixth assist of the season and also grabbing assist was Kevin Shattenkirk who picked up his eleventh assist of the season and the time of the goal was 15 minutes and four seconds. The Bruins didn’t stop there with scoring in the first period. The Bruins put another one in by Morgan Geekie who was on hat trick alert before the end of the first period.
Geekie scored his second goal of the game and his 12th goal of the season and he was assisted by David Pastrnak who picked up his 48th assist of the season also getting an assist was Danton Heinen who picked up his eleventh assist of the season. The time of the goal was 16 minutes and 54 seconds.
Golden Knights turn with three goals in a period
The Golden Knights now had a turn scoring three goals off the Bruins to make the game within one goal. The first goal for the Golden Knights was scored by Paul Cotter who picked up his seventh goal of the season and was assisted by Nicolas Roy who picked up his 22nd assist of the season and also grabbing an assist was Shea Theodore who picked up his 23rd assist of the season. The time of the goal was one minute and 48 seconds.
The Golden Knights scored another goal before the seven minute mark and was scored by Alex Pietrangelo who picked up his 4th goal of the season and was assisted by Jonathan Marchessault who picked up his 20th assist of the season also grabbing the assist was Brendan Brisson who picked up his fourth assist of the season. The time of the goal was at six minutes and 57 seconds.
Morgan Geekie records a Hat Trick
Morgan Geekie of the Boston Bruins recorded a hat trick against the Golden Knights shortly after he scored two goals in the first period he scored another goal in the second period to make it a hat trick and his 13th goal of the season. David Pastrnak recorded his 49th assist of the season and also grabbing an assist was Matt Grzelcyk who picked up his sixth assist of the season. The time of the goal was 16 minutes and 32 seconds.
Golden Knights pull within one
The Golden Knights scored one more goal in the second period but this goal was towards the end of the second period and was scored by Michael Amadio who is recording his eleventh goal of the season and he was assisted by Chandler Stephenson who picked up his 23rd assist of the season and also grabbing an assist was Brayden McNabb who picked up his 17th assist of the season and the time of the goal was at 17 minutes and 46 seconds.
Golden Knights shorthanded goal ties the game
In the third period the Golden Knights got a shorthanded goal to tie the game and it was scored by Chandler Stephenson who picked up his 13th goal of the season and picking up the assist was Zach Whitecloud who got his sixth assist of the season. The time of the goal was five minutes and one second.
Late goal for Bruins to close the game out
The Bruins scored a power play goal with about roughly five minutes left of the game and it was scored by Mason Lohrei who picked up his fourth goal of the season. Kevin Shattenkirk recorded an assist in the goal making it his 12th assist of the season and also grabbing an assist was Charlie Coyle who picked up his 29th assist of the season the time of the goal was at 15 minutes and 23 seconds.
